The rate for a toll free access number is generally more expensive than it would be when using local phone number.
The fees column will list any per call or maintenance rates that are associated with your phone card. The cards with extremely cheap rates usually have associated fees – you’ll want to use a call card that has cheaper per minute rates and additional rates if you’ll only be calling once! Several calling cards have mandatory tax fees each minute.
